Analysis of opportunities that match the customer’s needs
The team at REI starts out with an in-depth study of the catchment area in question followed by a detailed analysis of the market, supporting customers in the development of potential projects and the definition of their placement.
Town planning feasibility studies
Our team of people at REI not only has considerable experience but also the benefit of a database containing a significant amount of information, so we can produce preliminary feasibility studies that are vital for assessing whether or not to go ahead with a project. After ascertaining the demands set down by town planners and building regulations, REI examine the current market and then generate an in-depth analysis for the customer, looking specifically at the category of real estate to be developed, taking any planning permission constraints imposed by the local town council and provincial, regional and national authorities into consideration. Subsequently REI is able to generate a timeframe to check that goals can be completed according to the intended schedule.
Business viability study
The people at REI work with consultants and experts (appointed by the customer or proposed by REI), creating a team whose strategic vision puts them in the ideal position to produce an analytic study of the potential of the property and a Business Plan that focuses specifically on possible target customers, competition, potential product qualification, and the driver for subsequent decisions: the budget and viability plan.
